About the role:

Kiwa Certification is currently a leading company in the certification of food standards. We work with FSSC, BRC, IFS, MSC/ASC, KRAV, EU organic, GRMS, etc. In this position, you will have a combined role as a food auditor but with a focus on reviewing your colleagues' reports and maintaining auditor competence in at least one of the standards BRCGS and/or FSSC. This means fewer travels and audits than a regular position with us as a food auditor. However, we would like you to maintain your approval, and you will therefore conduct at least 5 audits per year.

If you are already working as a food safety auditor or have extensive experience in quality work within the food processing and/or packaging industry, this could be the next challenge in your career. As a food auditor, you are the face of Kiwa, which means you will actively work to promote Kiwa and our services, contributing to Kiwa's growth.

The role involves travel with opportunities to work from home when you are not on the road. We prefer that you reside in Stockholm or southern Sweden.

Do you have what it takes?

To thrive in this position, we believe you are a social and outgoing person driven by creating good customer relationships. As a food auditor, you are the one who meets our customers, and we therefore see that you are customer-oriented and professional in your role. You are curious and inquisitive with high integrity. We expect you to be meticulous and have the ability to work independently, always managing to meet deadlines. Through your interest in quality and food safety work, we believe you are proactive in ensuring high standards and continuous improvements.

We see that you have:

• At least 3 years of academic education in food, microbiology, process engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a quality manager or working with food safety issues
• Experience in report writing
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in reviewing GFSI reports.
